Our services

We offer a free guide; Scam Awareness at £4.99 per month; Scam Awareness + Instant Alerts at £6.99 per month; and a Personal Social Media Profile Scan for a one-off £15.99. The scan includes one month of the £6.99 package from payment confirmation, without automatic renewal.

What to expect

Awareness packages provide educational reports and guidance. Instant email alerts are queued when our team publishes new scam warnings; we do not promise to identify every scam as it emerges. A profile scan reviews the public personal profile links you submit and provides findings and practical advice at the time of review. We do not require account passwords or access private profiles.

Payment and renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Payments are handled through Stripe. Paid services begin after payment verification. The profile scan is charged once; continuing alerts after the included month requires a separate subscription.

Cancellations and support

Contact hello@thescamstopper.co.uk to request cancellation, discuss your order or raise a complaint. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected. No wording here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service limits

These services do not guarantee fraud prevention, continuous account monitoring, takedowns, financial advice or recovery of funds. Verify suspicious requests independently and contact your bank directly if you suspect a payment scam. Use the service only for your own personal profiles or with the profile owner’s permission.
